Zanzibar – Northern Serengeti
Day 1Zanzibar – Northern Serengeti Zanzibar – Northern Serengeti After breakfast, you will be transferred from your hotel in Zanzibar to Zanzibar Airport for a scheduled domestic flight to the Northern Serengeti airstrip. Upon arrival, you will meet your expert safari guide and begin your first game drive, exploring the vast plains that are home to lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Enjoy a bush picnic lunch amidst the Serengeti wilderness. In the late afternoon, continue wildlife viewing before checking in at your lodge or camp in the Northern Serengeti for dinner and overnight. Northern Serengeti – Central Serengeti
Day 2Northern Serengeti – Central Serengeti Northern Serengeti – Central Serengeti After breakfast, set out on a morning game drive in Northern Serengeti, taking in the incredible scenery and wildlife. Continue your safari as you transfer toward Central Serengeti, spotting more of the park’s iconic animals along the way. Pause for a bush lunch en route before arriving at your lodge in Central Serengeti. Spend the afternoon at leisure or enjoy additional wildlife viewing before dinner and overnight in the heart of the park. Day 3Central Serengeti – Karatu Central Serengeti – Karatu Following breakfast, enjoy a short morning game drive in Central Serengeti, capturing any wildlife you may have missed. Afterward, depart for the Ngorongoro Highlands, taking in the scenic landscapes along the way. Arrive in Karatu in the afternoon, check in at your lodge, and enjoy dinner and overnight amidst the beautiful highland surroundings. Day 4Ngorongoro Crater - Fly back to Zanzibar Ngorongoro Crater - Fly back to Zanzibar After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a morning of unforgettable wildlife viewing. Search for elephants, lions, buffaloes, and the rare black rhino while enjoying the unique ecosystem of the crater floor. Stop for a bush lunch by Hippo Lake before ascending in the afternoon. Transfer to Arusha for your return to Zanzibar, concluding your 4-day luxury safari experience with memories of Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife and landscapes.
