Then, you'll start your trip with a transfer to Musanze. You'll check out very early (4:30 am) with your packed breakfast. On this special day, you will have the rare opportunity to observe the famous Rwandan Golden monkeys through the forested slopes of the Virunga is a magical experience. You will get to the golden monkeys, spend a full hour with them, and be back at the base in time for lunch at the lodge. You'll check in and have your full relaxation for the rest of the day as you enjoy property amenities. You'll spend the evening at leisure. Upon arrival, you'll get assisted with check-in and lunch at the lodge. In the late afternoon, you'll head out for a visit to the Batwa pygmy community. The Batwa were the original inhabitants of the Bwindi impenetrable forest but were driven away from the park to allow for mountain gorilla conservation. While with them, you'll learn about the difficulties they face adapting to a new world. The Batwa will entertain you with songs, dance, and storytelling. You'll return to the lodge and enjoy your leisure time. Day 4Gorilla Trekking in Uganda – Transfer back to Rwanda -Kigali - Departure Gorilla Trekking in Uganda – Transfer back to Rwanda -Kigali - Departure You'll wake up early and have breakfast. After breakfast, you'll head to the park for a briefing on gorilla trekking. The briefing takes place at 7:00 am and is conducted by the head park guide or chief ranger. It is compulsory to attend the briefing because it helps you prepare well and have all the relevant information you need during your time with the gorillas. After the briefing, you will go into the forest to track the primates. Gorilla trekking is challenging and involves hiking deep into the forest where you will pass through thick bushy shrubs, hills, valleys, and muddy ground. The final reward is watching the gorillas for one hour in the wild. After your one hour of observing the gorillas is done, you should head back to the starting point to meet your guide. The guide will take you back to the lodge for lunch. You'll relax then check out, and drive back with the countryside heading to Kigali. You'll arrive in Kigali city with a transfer to the Kigali International Airport.
