Day 1 This day trip to the gorillas takes you to the wonderfully green impenetrable forests of Bwindi in South Western Uganda. We travel through the breathtaking mountain scenery heading into the jungles of Uganda where you can meet the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural home. Upon reaching Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, you will embark on a hike in the forest in search of the mountain gorillas. Join other hikers who are to experience the most exciting adventure in the tropical rain forest. Tracking in Bwindi requires stamina and can often take most of the day. Depending on the movement of the gorillas, you will come across a habituated gorilla family and enjoy the company of these great apes. You have up to one hour to watch these great apes.
