Day 1 You’ll be picked up at 08:00am from the hotel or guest house of your choice and be transferred by a motorboat or 4x4 to Mokoro Station, where you will be met by a professional guide and a mokoro polar. After a short briefing about your trip, we’ll board the mokoro and travel along the channels of the Okavango Delta to visit one of its many islands. Before reaching the island, you will spend several hours taking in the beauty and vastness of the area. Upon arrival at the island your guide will lead a game walk on the delta, after which you’ll eat lunch and then board your mokoro to continue your excursion back to the station. You’ll finish the day in Maun.
