Spend today exploring Kafue National Park and enjoy the large variety of activities that Mukambi Safari Lodge offers. From game drives (morning and afternoon), walking safaris, fishing trips by boat on the Kafue River (basic equipment and bait supplied) to boat cruises (including a sunset cruise). There is something for everybody’s taste and liking. Arrive at Fig Tree Bush Camp in time for brunch and check into one the camp’s four tented chalets. The chalets are built on 3-meter high platforms above the ground, either offering a spectacular view over the Shishamba River or facing the plains, overlooking the watering hole in front of the camp’s infinity pool. After settling into your room, enjoy the afternoon tea break followed by an afternoon game drive. Return to the camp for a delicious dinner underneath the Fig Tree, after which the camp is named.
