You will be handed walking sticks and incase of any assistances needed, the porters are always available for hire at a small fee of $20, they help in carrying the bags and lay a hand in steep slopes. Guided by expert trackers and armed rangers, you will vanish into the jungle. The trek could take 2-7 hours, but when you finally see gorillas, lock eyes with a mountain gorilla, watching a family play and groom each other; this is a moment that will change your life, have 1 hour watching them in their natural habitat and create memories.
