Day 2Gorilla tracking and transfer to lake Bunyonyi Gorilla tracking and transfer to lake Bunyonyi Have an early morning breakfast and head to the park headquarters for briefing about the do’s and don’ts of gorilla trekking by the ranger guides before embarking on your gorilla trek. Head in the forest and the trek until you find the gorillas. Gorilla trekking can take 2 to 8 hours depending to the movement of the gorillas. After finding the Gorillas in Bwindi¸ you will be given only 1 hour to observe and take photographs with them¸ creating unforgettable memories. Following the trek¸ return to the park headquarters to collect your well-earned gorilla trekking certificate. You will go back to the lodge for a late lunch. You will transfer to the lake Bunyonyi and enjoy viewing the beautiful scenery along the lake in the evening. Lake Bunyonyi is also called place of Many Little Birds¸ Located in south-western Uganda between Kisoro and Kabale¸ close to the border with Rwanda. You will take photos and proceed to the lodge for check-in¸ relaxation and overnight.
