Day 1Rhinno Trekking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Rhinno Trekking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel or the airport by a private guide. You'll travel in comfort in a fully equipped safari Land Cruiser. On the way, you'll stop for a rare chance to track rhinos on foot — the only place in Uganda where this is possible. Accompanied by expert rangers, you’ll observe these endangered giants up close in their natural habitat. You'll continue the drive to Murchison Falls, Uganda’s largest and oldest national park, where you may already spot some wildlife as you drive through the savannah on your way to the lodge. Day 2Safari Game Drive and Nile Adventure Safari Game Drive and Nile Adventure You'll start your day with a morning game drive as you search for the rest of the Big Five—lions, leopards, elephants, and buffalo. Wildlife is very diverse here, with good chances of spotting giraffes, Uganda kobs, Jackson’s hartebeest, bushbucks, hyenas, and warthogs. In the afternoon, you'll take a boat safari on the Nile, the longest river in the world, to the base of Murchison Falls, the most powerful waterfall on the planet. You'll watch as the river forces its way through a 7-meter gorge and plunges 43 meters below. Along the way, keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and birds like fish eagles and kingfishers. Day 3Chimpanzee Trekking Chimpanzee Trekking You'll begin the day with an early morning chimpanzee trek in Budongo Forest, part of the southern sector of Murchison Falls National Park. Accompanied by experienced trackers, you’ll venture into the tropical forest in search of our closest wild relatives, listening for their calls echoing through the trees. After this unforgettable encounter, you will depart for Entebbe, enjoying scenic views along the way as we reflect on the incredible wildlife experiences of the past few days.
