From Arusha, enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and ancient baobab trees. A game drive in a 4x4 open-roof vehicle offers excellent wildlife viewing and photography across the park’s varied landscapes—savannahs, wetlands, and the Tarangire River. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, elands, lions, leopards, warthogs, and over 500 bird species. After a rewarding afternoon in the wild, head to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Spanning approximately 20 kilometers in diameter, this natural wonder offers a truly immersive safari experience, with a game drive lasting around 5 hours, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and rich biodiversity. After this unforgettable experience, you’ll begin the journey back to Arusha Airport in time for your return flight to Zanzibar, marking the end of your incredible safari adventure.
