It's about a 4-5 hour drive from Lusaka to get to Kaingu Safari Lodge, in the heart of central Kafue. Already along the way, you'll see antelopes like puku and impala. At Kaingu Safari Lodge you'll stay at a Tented Chalet, overlooking the Kafue River. It has an additional thatched roof for extra shade and an outdoor shower. You'll meet your guide in the afternoon and discuss the planned activities. You have a choice of day and night game drives, canoeing, boat cruises, and walking safaris.
