5 Days Safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara,Tarangire National Park

Arusha

Kick things off with breakfast at your lodge, then your guide picks you up for a 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. You'll spend 6 hours on a game drive in a pop-up safari jeep, and there's plenty to see with elephants, zebras, and giraffes around. A picnic lunch happens at a site in the park, and after that you head to Fig Big Tree Lodge where you'll have dinner and settle in for your first night.

Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast at Fig Big Tree, it's a 4-hour drive heading south toward the Serengeti. Once there, you get a half-day game drive through the plains in a pop-up safari jeep where wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles are roaming. You'll grab lunch at a picnic site, then move over to Seronera Campsite for the night with dinner and camping.

Serengeti National Park

This day starts really early with a light breakfast at 5:30 am, then you're out on a game drive through Central Serengeti while it's still relatively quiet. By 10 am you're back at the campsite for a heavier breakfast, then another full 6-hour game drive starts where leopards and other wildlife hang around the acacia trees and kopjes. Lunch comes from a picnic site, and later you exit the Serengeti and head to Ngorongoro Simba Campsite for dinner and overnight.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast at Simba Campsite, you begin descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full 6-hour game drive in a pop-up safari jeep. The crater's a unique spot where you can potentially see the Big Five, and you'll also come across Maasai communities in their traditional circular homesteads. A picnic lunch happens during the drive, then you exit the crater and return to Fig Big Tree Lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Lake Manyara

Starting with an early breakfast at Fig Big Tree Lodge, you head out to Lake Manyara for a full 6-hour game drive in a pop-up safari jeep. The park is known for its thousands of flamingos, lots of different bird species, and tree-climbing lions which is something you don't see everywhere. You'll have lunch at a picnic site, then exit the park and drive back to Arusha Town where your safari ends.
