Seasonal Guide
Best Time to Visit Okavango Delta
The Okavango Delta is best visited when the annual flood arrives from June to August, transforming the landscape into a water wonderland. Peak flood (July–September) offers mokoro excursions, boat safaris, and island-hopping game drives. The dry season also concentrates land-based wildlife. Green season offers birding and lower rates.
