Birding Hotspot Area
The Chunga Lagoon is the lifeblood of Lochinvar National Park. You will do most of your bird-watching and wildlife viewing activities around this beautiful Chunga lagoon.
Game viewing: Though wildlife population in Lochinvar National Park is limited, you will not miss seeing the Kafue Lechwe, a rare lechwe subspecies. The Chunga Lagoon and the beautiful expanse Kafue Flats provides rich grazing for large herds of Kafue Lechwes.
Walking Safari: You will enjoy casual walking along the Chunga Lagoon riverine spotting out a variety of bird species.
History and Cultural tour: For history lovers, the Gwisho Hotsprings, the nearby Sebanzi Hills, Baobab Tree and Drum Rocks all found inside the Lochinvar National Park will not disappoint you.
Option 1: At the end of the tour on day 3, you have the option of being transferred to and dropped off in Lusaka, the capital city of Zambia instead of Livingstone at an extra cost. If so wish this option, kindly add-on "Option to be transferred to Lusaka".

Zambia is a high malaria risk country throughout the whole nation including urban areas. The highest risk of infection is in the rainy season, from November to May. Persons visiting Livingstone and Victoria Falls must take malaria suppressive medication. In addition to the suggested antimalarial medication, use a mosquito bed net and effective repellents to avoid the bite of the nocturnal Anopheles mosquito whilst on tour in Zambia.
