Officials at the counter will check the required documents to verify your identity. At the exit, you will find a Kojuu Safaris driver guide with a signboard written with your name on it. He will take your luggage to our transfer vehicle and drive you to Arusha city. On arrival at the hotel, our driver guide will assist you with the check-in process and the hotel porter will take your luggage to your room. You will freshen up after the long flight. Later, you can go down to the restaurant for dinner and relax at the facilities area afterward, take photos, and go to your room. Its name originates from the Tarangire River, which crosses through the park and is the sole water source during the dry season. Tarangire's landscape is incredibly diverse, with a mix not found anywhere else on the northern safari circuit. It comprises ancient baobab trees, which the Maasai believe are the first tree in creation, and giant termite mounds. The dry season sees the harsh sun suck the moisture from the landscape, baking the earth a dusty red, while the wet season brings dense bush and luscious high grasses. There are around 3,000 lions living in the Serengeti ecosystem. They are relatively easy to spot, not just because of their numbers but also because they like to rest for hours each day under the trees. In fact, lions can lounge around for about 20 hours a day. First, there was a volcanic caldera full of grassland, forest and swamp, a settling jaw of beauty. Secondly the permanent water of the crater floor supports a resident population of more than 25,000 large mammals. Here you will find many reasons you choose to come to safari: leopard, lion, black rhino, hyena, wallowing, Zebra, waterbuck, baboons and many others. Soon after ascend from the crater floor you will drive to Kilimanjaro Airport for your onward flight. Alternatively, you can choose to add an extra night in Arusha but this will attract some additional cost.
