Antananarivo - Andasibe National Park

Day 2Antananarivo - Andasibe National Park Antananarivo - Andasibe National Park Today, after breakfast, we are going to Andasibe, east of Antananarivo. On the way, we will visit the Peyreiras Reserve, a reptile park where you will see different types of chameleons, frogs, crocodiles, geckos, butterflies and lemurs. After the visit, we will continue to Andasibe. When we arrive, we will check you into your hotel and prepare for a nighttime tour to see the lemurs, frogs and chameleons, which are active at night. It’s an inspiring example of ecotourism supporting reforestation and wildlife protection. Return to your lodge for dinner and rest. Andasibe - Palmarium Reserve

Day 5Andasibe - Palmarium Reserve Andasibe - Palmarium Reserve Today, we will continue our journey towards the Palmarium Reserve on National Road 2. When we arrive in Manambato, we will travel to the reserve by boat on the Pangalanes Canal. Tonight, we are going to see the famous aye-aye from Madagascar. This nocturnal lemur has large eyes, prominent ears, and a long middle finger that it uses to tap on trees and find insects beneath the bark.
