Meet with your ranger and transfer to the camp where you will spend the next 3 nights exploring this incredible and diverse area. Arrive at Chinzombo, located across from the National Park, in one of the most game-rich areas of South Luangwa National Park. Take a boat across the river with your experienced guide for a game drive, safari walk or boat cruise (seasonal) to catch sight of lions, leopards and other predator action. Your stay includes your meals, selected beverages, laundry and all scheduled shared activities. You will be transferred to Mfuwe airstrip and then be flown to the airstrip where you will then be transferred to Chongwe River Camp, your home for the next three nights. The small number of camps in Lower Zambezi National Park keep it free from overcrowding. The area is best known for its impressive variety of safari activities – enjoy drives to walking safaris, or take to the rivers on a boat cruise or canoeing safari, or try your hand at tiger fishing (season dependent).
