Day 1Transfer to Kruger National Park Transfer to Kruger National Park Your transfer will depart from the airport at 12h00 with an estimated arrival time at the lodge around 18h00 to 18h30. You will meet us at the Shuttle Terminal at O.R Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg for your transfer. Please be ready and waiting from 11h45. Detailed instructions and confirmation numbers for the shuttle will be provided after your booking has been processed. The friendly staff will assist with check-in and show you to your room. After a brief freshening up, you can join us for a delicious dinner at the dining area or deck. There is a cash bar available for beverages and alcoholic drinks. You will have the opportunity to get more information about the area, and your itinerary from the manager on duty. After dinner, you can relax on the deck or retire to your room for the night. We recommend getting a good night’s rest as an early morning rise is required for your thrilling full-day game drive tomorrow. Day 2Full-Day Game Drive in Kruger National Park Full-Day Game Drive in Kruger National Park We will depart from the lodge at 05h00 with an estimated arrival time just as the Kruger gates open to visitors. Please note that the game drive vehicle might also collect other guests along the way to join the game drive. A packed breakfast will be provided to enjoy in the park while on your safari. We will enter Kruger National Park between 05h30 and 06h00. The game drive will continue throughout the park, with stops at nearby rest camps and picnic areas positioned along the way. Lunch can be enjoyed at one of the restaurants located within the spacious rest camps (for your own account). The game drive will conclude at around 15h00 after which we exit the Crocodile Bridge Gate and head back to the lodge in Marloth Park. You should arrive back at the lodge at the latest 16h00. Dinner is served at 19h00 on the deck or dining area. Day 3Morning at Leisure & Afternoon/Sunset Game Drive in Kruger National Park Morning at Leisure & Afternoon/Sunset Game Drive in Kruger National Park This morning you can enjoy a relaxing sleep-in and join us for a hearty breakfast served between 07h00 and 09h00. You have the freedom to spend your morning at leisure. Please ensure a 12h00 return to the lodge to enjoy a light lunch. Regular sightings in the park include crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and waterbucks. As birdlife is a common sight at water sources, this is an excellent opportunity to spot various birds, so be sure to bring a pair of binoculars along. You will have leisure time before embarking on a thrilling afternoon and sunset game drive at 16h15 in the Kruger National Park. Once the game drive concludes, we will again exit via the Crocodile Bridge Gate and arrive at the lodge by about 19h30. Dinner will be served shortly after your return to the lodge to be enjoyed on the deck or dining area as you discuss the thrilling drive’s sightings. You'll be given a packed breakfast to enjoy during your game drive in the Kruger National Park. The game drive will continue throughout the park, with stops at the rest camps and picnic areas positioned along the way. You will be back at the lodge at about 11h00. You will have free time to refresh, relax on the deck (or cool down in the pool during summer), walk some of the river trails in the conservancy, or visit the nearby bird hide for some birdwatching. A light lunch will be served on the lodge deck. In the afternoon, you will have the option of another afternoon/sunset game drive in Kruger National Park, departing from the lodge at 16h30. Please be sure to book this at the lodge reception. Should you decide not to take the optional game drive, you can spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing on the deck, swimming pool, or in your room. Dinner will be served in the dining area.
