Day 1Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve You will depart for the Masai Mara at 7:00am from your pick-up point at a Nairobi hotel. Along the way, there will be stopovers at the Rift Valley viewpoint and in Narok. You are expected to arrive at the lodge in the afternoon, where you will check in and have lunch. At 4:00pm, you will embark on your first exciting game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve, renowned as one of East Africa's top safari destinations. While exploring the reserve, you may be fortunate enough to encounter one or two of the Big Five. After this exhilarating experience, you will return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay. Day 2Masai Mara National Reserve Masai Mara National Reserve This day will be dedicated to game viewing in Kenya's premier wildlife reserve, the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will enjoy a full-day game drive in search of Africa's Big Five and other wildlife in this expansive reserve. As you explore the Masai Mara, you can expect to see a variety of animals, including Maasai giraffes, baboons, warthogs, bat-eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyenas, topis, impalas, hartebeests, wildebeests, elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos. It is also common to spot lions basking in the sun after a meal or surveying the plains for their next target. After lunch, you will continue with another afternoon game drive and return to the lodge around 5:30pm for dinner and your overnight stay.
