Day 1Transfer to Hazyview Transfer to Hazyview Departure is from OR Tambo International Airport with a shuttle service or pre-arranged private transfer. On arrival in Hazyview, you will be collected by an Elephant Herd Tours & Safaris guide and transported to your accommodation at a guesthouse. After a welcome drink in the beautiful and bird-rich gardens of the guesthouse, you will have the afternoon at leisure. If interested, we can arrange either an Elephant Interaction Program, an exhilarating 2.5km sky trail canopy tour, or, if available, a Kruger Park sunset safari. These activities are all available by prior arrangement. Return transfers to a local restaurant for dinner will be provided (dinner for your own account). Kruger National Park safari
Day 2Kruger National Park safari Kruger National Park safari Your safari to the Kruger will start before sunrise in one of our open safari vehicles, giving you the opportunity to view animals from a high vantage point and a perfect panoramic view. Your guide will assist you to search for and find the iconic animals in the park as well as interpreting the natural environment. You will stop at various lookout points, waterholes and rivers to increase your chances of seeing as many of the fauna and flora that the park has to offer. You'll also see the breathtaking scenery of the different areas of the park. We will stop at one of the rest camps where you will have a chance to stretch your legs and enjoy the breakfast packs supplied to you by the guesthouse. There will also be a lunch break should you wish to purchase a lunch snack or simply stretch your legs. Return to your guesthouse late in the afternoon, in time for you to enjoy the afternoon sunset at the pool, awaiting your dinner transfer at the scheduled time (dinner for your own account). Day 3Morning Kruger Park safari and departure transfer Morning Kruger Park safari and departure transfer One last time, you will rise before the sun and set out for your final morning safari. This will be your last chance to find the animals that you haven’t yet checked off your list. There will be breakfast packs provided by your guesthouse for you to enjoy at one of the picnic spots or rest camps. After leaving the Kruger Park at around 11h15, you will be transferred to Perry's Bridge in Hazyview where you will arrive in time to board the mini-bus shuttle for your road transfer to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. If required, a transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport can be arranged.
