Arusha

You'll arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport and get transferred to your hotel in Arusha. There's a guided city tour scheduled to show you around town and get a feel for the local area, then it's back to the hotel for dinner and to settle in for your first night.

After breakfast, you're driving out to Tarangire National Park for the day. You'll see elephant herds, lions, and cheetahs moving across the savannah throughout the morning and afternoon. Lunch happens at a scenic spot in the park, and then you'll continue with more game viewing before heading back to the lodge for dinner.

Lake Manyara

Following breakfast, the drive takes you to Lake Manyara National Park. The landscape here is lush with forests and open grasslands mixed together. You'll look for the unusual tree-climbing lions, watch flamingos and pelicans around the lake, and take in the scenery before returning to your accommodation.

Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After eating breakfast, you're heading to the Ngorongoro Crater, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll start at the crater rim to see the panoramic views, then drive down into the crater floor for a game drive. The enclosed ecosystem here has wildebeest, zebras, black rhinos, elephants, lions, and flamingos all in one area. You'll return to the lodge for dinner.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you're driving into Serengeti National Park for the day. The route gives you chances to spot the Big Five along the way. Your guides will take you across the vast plains, and you'll see lion prides, elephant herds, and cheetahs hunting. By evening, you're back at your lodge or tented camp to rest up.

Zanzibar

Start early with a walking safari through the Serengeti at sunrise, which gives you a closer view of wildlife in their natural setting.
