The game drive will allow you to see animals such as leopards, lions, and hyenas as they search for prey. You'll also see other animals such as elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, giraffes, bushbucks, antelopes, and many others. You'll then head back to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation. Later, you'll head to the jetty for an afternoon bat cruise to the bottom of the most powerful waterfalls in the world. You'll witness how the River Nile spreads out after forcing itself into an 8-meter gorge. You'll see other animals, such as Nile crocodiles, waiting to prey on the weak, and hippos enjoying aquatic life. You'll then return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. You'll have lunch en route, either in Masindi or Hoima, depending on which location is more convenient. You'll arrive in the late afternoon, where playful baboons will welcome you as you approach the forest. You'll check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight as you prepare for chimp trekking the day after. After finding them, you'll spend an hour in their presence and then return to the starting point for a brief period of relaxation. Later, you'll head to the Bigodi community for a swamp walk to see more primates and bird species, as well as learning about the role played by local communities in the conservation of tourism's natural resources.
