The road winds through peaceful countryside as you pass small villages and eucalyptus forests. A short break lets you enjoy a local snack and stretch your legs. Continuing north, you gradually enter the Betsileo region, known for its terraced landscapes. In Ambositra, a lively town famous for its woodcarving artisans, you can visit workshops and buy handmade souvenirs. The journey continues through the cooler highlands as you approach Antsirabe. Arriving by late afternoon, Antsirabe welcomes you with its colonial charm, thermal springs, and iconic pousse-pousse rides.
