Day 1Mikumi by Train and Car and Game Drive Mikumi by Train and Car and Game Drive You will be picked up in Dar es Salaam early in the morning from your hotel and brought to the train station by our driver. In 2 hours, you will travel by train to Morogoro. In Morogoro, a second driver will be waiting for you and will drive you to Mikumi National Park. After arriving in Mikumi, you'll use an open jeep to enjoy the whole view of the park and spot animals. Mikumi is a good park for lions, buffalo, zebras, giraffes, impalas, baboons, elephants, wildebeests, hippos, and sometimes leopards, without forgetting different species of birds and plants. You'll take a break for lunch in the restaurant inside the park. Then, you'll continue with the Game Drive until late afternoon. With memories that will last for a lifetime, you'll start the way to the hotel inside the park, getting dinner and an overnight stay at Mikumi cottages.
