Day 1Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport & Drive to Tarangire National Park Fly from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport & Drive to Tarangire National Park Today, after breakfast at your accommodation in Zanzibar, our driver-guide will pick you up at 8:00am and drive you to Zanzibar International Airport for your flight to Arusha Airport. Upon arrival in Arusha at 9:15am, you will meet our driver-guide, who will give you a short briefing for your safari. After the briefing, it is time to start your exciting journey to Tarangire National Park for a game drive while carrying a picnic lunchbox. After the game drives are completed, we will drive to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay. Tarangire National Park is renowned for its rich biodiversity, including large herds of elephants. The park features a variety of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna, with the Tarangire River flowing through its parklands. During your visit, you may have the opportunity to see a lion stalking its prey or leopards lounging in the trees above. This park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and features the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world, recognized as one of Africa's natural wonders. It is home to approximately 30,000 large mammals that reside here year-round, including buffalo, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, as well as various bird species like flamingos, eagles and buzzards. Be prepared to see a wide array of wildlife during our visit! Once we finish the game drive, we will return to Arusha Airport For your Flight back to Zanzibar back to Zanzibar at 05:00 PM, Upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport at 06:00 PM You will meet with our driver Who will transfer you direct to your Accommodation for relaxation.
